Today all of Easynet’s circuits failed.
At approx 08:35 today a switch/router has failed bringing all of thier data circuits down, even their support line staff have no internet conenction, they cannot access thier website so cannot post any information about this to thier customers, therefore thier phones are on meltdown which approx 50+ in queue at any time.

Currently the fix time is unknown.

NB: This does not affect any of Mantis Computing’s services and is for general information only.

We have doubled the disk space on all of our VPS servers and also now include Installatron as part of the standard cPanel WHM server offering.

The latest relase of cPanels DNS Only server has a minor bug resulting in emails being sent every 5 minutes containing:
“Cmd Service Check Raw Output: cpanellogd is not running”

This is easily fixed as follows:
- Remove ‘cpanellogd:1′ from /etc/chkserv.d/chkservd.conf
- Delete /etc/chkserv.d/cpanellogd
- Delete /var/run/chkservd/cpanellogd
- touch /etc/cpanellogddisable
- Run /scripts/restartsrv_tailwatchd
